Oana Andreea Jinga is Building the Robots Warehouses Actually Need

Oana Andreea Jinga co-founder and CPO at Dexory

Oana Andreea Jinga did not set out to be in robotics. She came up through strategic partnerships at Google and product development at Telefonica. But somewhere along the way, she spotted a real gap in how warehouses see and manage their stock, and that is what she has been working on ever since.

Today she is co-founder and Chief Commercial and Product Officer at Dexory, a London-based company using autonomous robots and AI to give warehouses real-time visibility into their operations.

From Google to Robots:

Before Dexory, She held positions at Google and O2, where she managed strategic partnerships and business development. That commercial background shapes how she thinks about product. At Dexory, she carries both functions, which means she is the person deciding what gets built and how it reaches customers.

The company started in 2015 from a casual chat at a summer barbecue among housemates, now co-founders. The original idea was an indoor autonomous robot for home security. That concept evolved into what the business is today, focused on logistics and supply chain use cases.

The company has raised $205M from investors including Lakestar, Atomico, and Endeavor, and works with logistics players including DHL and GXO.

What She is Shipping Now:

In early 2026, Dexory kept moving. At MODEX 2026, the company unveiled DexoryView Adapt, a new capability that introduces an AI reasoning layer, enabling warehouses to identify and act on issues in real time. Oana framed it simply: “Visibility was the starting point, now they want their operations to think and act.”

Recognition and Scale:

The company won the Women in Leadership award in the 2025 UK Fast 50, with Oana cited in that recognition. She has grown the company to nearly 200 people across four continents, while staying in the room where both the commercial and product calls get made.

That combination, operator instincts with a builder’s role, is what makes her one of the more interesting founders in warehouse robotics right now.
