Enterprise No-code Platform SolveAI Raises $45M to Help Employees Build Fully Compliant Enterprise Software

Enterprise No-code Platform, SolveAI, that lets any employee build fully-compliant enterprise software without touching a line of code, has raised a $45M in a Series A round.

Funding & Founder Story:

The round is led by GV and a previously unannounced $5M pre-seed round led by Accel. Northzone, Mantis VC and NeverLift also participated in the round, along with angel investors including Mike LoSapio, CISO of Palantir, Pushmeet Kohli and Olivier Godement. The funding will be used to grow the SolveAI team, develop partnerships with global enterprises, and extend the platform’s capabilities.

Founded in London, UK, in July 2025 by former Palantir engineer Steve Basher, SolveAI is an AI platform built specifically for enterprise software development. At Palantir, Basher saw firsthand how custom-built software could provide the answer to companies’ most serious pain points. While AI holds the key to solving these issues at scale, existing code-generation platforms do not sufficiently account for each enterprise’s unique context, producing apps that are rarely fit to move beyond prototype stage. Basher founded SolveAI to help employees build production-ready solutions, underpinned by their organizations’ specific context.

Through natural language, staff from any department can generate proposals, designs, and fully functional applications that integrate with existing IT infrastructure and conform to security and compliance requirements – all with the aim of democratizing problem-solving throughout the enterprise.

Companies in sectors including manufacturing, retail and financial services  are already exploring how SolveAI can solve critical problems and accelerate existing internal development efforts within complex technical landscapes. At seven months old, SolveAI has grown to 12 employees, including senior experience from Palantir, ElevenLabs and Meta, with plans to quadruple headcount over the course of 2026

Problem & Solution:

As AI-powered low- and no-code tools for software development explode in popularity, most are aimed at developers, hobbyists, or small teams working outside the constraints of a large organization. Enterprises, by contrast, need applications that integrate with legacy systems, deploy on existing infrastructure, comply with strict governance requirements, and can be maintained at scale. As a result, the people experiencing everyday challenges and inefficiencies, from front-line operators and sales teams to operations and finance administrators, are locked out of AI coding and unable to build tools that reflect the workflows, data dependencies and policies they live with. This leaves companies over‑reliant on outsourced custom software that is expensive to maintain, slow to change, and rarely matches how teams actually work.

SolveAI addresses this gap. First, the platform proposes a solution in the form of a written document that outlines the approach, reasoning behind it and specific features that are going to be built. It also produces a technical specification which details the steps required to technically build the product, including data integration and algorithmic considerations. Team members can iterate on the proposal, and once all collaborators are satisfied, the platform then orchestrates a team of specialized AI agents that are each responsible for discrete phases of the development lifecycle: UX, front end, back end and so on. SolveAI delivers the complete custom software product in minutes.

The result is faster innovation without bypassing enterprise controls, reduced developer and IT backlogs, and a significant reduction in reliance on legacy custom applications that are slow to evolve. SolveAI also integrates with major enterprise platforms, including SAP, Salesforce, Github, Snowflake and ServiceNow, and supports the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment and maintenance.

Founder & Investors Thoughts:

Steve Basher, CEO and founder of SolveAI, said: “Magic happens when companies get the exact technology they need. Enterprises are desperate to capitalize on the AI coding revolution, but nobody has built a product that reflects their reality – complex systems, strict standards, and global scale. SolveAI puts the power to build software directly in the hands of the people closest to the problems, without compromising security or compliance. Think about all the things you could achieve if your IT team could be everywhere at once: SolveAI makes this a reality.”

Tom Hulme, Managing Partner and Head of Europe at GV, said: “Most AI coding tools force enterprises to choose between speed and security. SolveAI doesn’t. Steve and the team are building something genuinely different. They will unlock the ability for companies to move fast with AI while working within the constraints that matter: real security, real compliance, real infrastructure. We’re excited to back them as they put software-building capability directly in the hands of people closest to the problems.”

Cecilia Wang, investor at Accel, said: “The future of enterprise software won’t be written by developers alone, but also by the employees who use it every day. These teams need a compliant way to bring AI into their workflow, and SolveAI is making this a reality by prioritizing governance and security within complex legacy systems. With decades of combined “forward deployed” experience, Steve and the SolveAI team are building a world where custom software and high-touch engineering capability can be scaled, and enterprises see real value from internal AI projects. We’re looking forward to continuing our partnership with them on the journey ahead.”
