VoiceLine, the Voice AI platform for enterprise frontline teams, has closed a Series A funding round of €10 million.
The round was led by Alstin Capital and Peak, with participation from existing investors Scalehouse Capital, Venture Stars, and NAP. With the Series A funding, VoiceLine will scale its AI platform, further expand internationally, and accelerate growth in additional frontline-heavy industries, including pharma, MedTech, food & beverage, insurance, and financial services.
VoiceLine is seeing rapid adoption among large enterprise organizations, reflected in 10× year-over-year growth, as Voice AI becomes an integral part of daily frontline workflows.
Fixing a Fundamental Problem in Enterprise Frontline Work:
Field sales and service teams spend most of their working day with customers, traveling between appointments, conducting visits or service calls, and coordinating follow-ups. Documentation, CRM updates, and handovers to the back office are often postponed until the evening or skipped entirely, with several hours per week spent on administrative work instead of selling, servicing customers, and building relationships.
As a result, reports are delayed or incomplete, follow-up tasks are missed, and valuable customer insights never reach enterprise systems. Managers lack real-time visibility, and teams lose momentum between customer interactions.
VoiceLine addresses this with a voice-first AI assistant built for the daily reality of field sales and mobile service teams. After a customer interaction, employees simply speak to the assistant – by simply recording a voice memo on the go, or calling it via phone from the car.
In the background, VoiceLine automates the entire frontline sales workflow in real time. Spoken inputs are automatically structured into visit reports, CRM entries, follow-up tasks, and visit preparations, and synchronized seamlessly with existing CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
For managers, this creates access to structured, high-quality frontline data that was previously unavailable. They gain visibility into field activities, customer needs, and market signals, allowing them to react faster to changing market conditions, steer their organization along proven success drivers, and enable more individualized, personalized customer experiences.
Proven Impact with Leading Enterprises:
VoiceLine is already used by mid-market and enterprise customers including DACHSER, ABB, Knauf, KSB, and Elis, supporting rollouts across multiple countries and thousands of frontline users. Customers report:
- Up to 82% less administrative work for customer-facing teams, saving approximately five hours per sales representative per week
- Go-live in less than a week, often only a few days
- 400% more structured field data, resulting in significantly higher data quality within the first months
- Automated handover to the back office, with up to 96% of follow-up tasks forwarded within minutes and frontline data available the same day
Enterprise Voice AI without Enterprise IT Complexity:
Unlike traditional enterprise software or CRM projects, VoiceLine can be deployed within days. Its proprietary implementation engine enables enterprises to roll out fully customized Voice AI assistants for frontline teams with minimal IT involvement, while meeting enterprise-grade security and compliance requirements. Drawing on years of experience and over 100 enterprise implementations, VoiceLine delivers measurable outcomes where most internal AI initiatives stall: achieving a pilot win rate of over 95% and making Voice AI accessible without the cost, complexity, or risk of in-house development.
Scaling Team and Platform:
The new capital will be used to significantly expand VoiceLine’s team and further develop its AI platform. The company plans to more than double its headcount this year, with a focus on product development, sales, customer success, and partnerships. In parallel, VoiceLine will deepen its platform across additional frontline use cases and expand its international presence.
