GITEX Europe 2026 Brings AI and DeepTech to Messe Berlin in June

GITEX Europe 2026

If you are a founder, developer, or investor based in Europe, GITEX Europe 2026 is one event worth putting on your calendar. The two-day conference runs from June 30 to July 1, 2026, at Messe Berlin, and brings together over 1,400 tech enterprises, 750 startups, and 600 global investors representing more than $1 trillion in assets under management. Topics span AI, cybersecurity, quantum computing, and deep tech.

The Numbers on the Ground:

The event runs across four major featured tracks: AI Everything Germany, GISEC Europe, North Star Europe, and GITEX Quantum Expo. Each has its own stage, speakers, and programming. Across all of them, the organizers have confirmed 500-plus speakers from over 50 countries. For people who want something more focused, there are also certified workshops, masterclasses, and invite-only leadership roundtables happening in parallel.

Geoffrey Hinton, widely cited as one of the foundational figures in modern neural networks, is a confirmed keynote speaker. Other speakers include Germany’s Federal Minister for Digital Transformation Dr. Karsten Wildberger, KfW CEO Stefan B. Wintels, Miro founder Andrey Khusid, and Perplexity VP of Business Ryan Foutty. The lineup leans toward practitioners and decision-makers rather than analysts.

What North Star Europe Covers:

North Star Europe is the startup-focused track inside GITEX Europe 2026. It is Germany’s largest global startup event by attendee count, with founders and investors from 60-plus countries confirmed. The investor lineup includes firms like Earlybird, Speedinvest, Project A Ventures, Techstars, Antler, Fortino Capital, and Seventure Partners. Corporate venture arms from Airbus, BMW i Ventures, Porsche Ventures, Volkswagen, and Sony Innovation Fund are also participating.

For startups looking to get in front of investors, the Supernova All-Stars Pitch Competition offers a €50,000 equity-free prize. Past participants include LuxQuanta, which used its Supernova win to raise an €8 million Series A afterward. Ionysis, another past exhibitor, secured investment to scale its climate tech operations after connecting with investors on the floor.

What the Event Covers Beyond AI:

GISEC Europe handles the cybersecurity side, with over 500 pre-scheduled meetings between CISOs, CIOs, and solution providers. Trend Micro is the headline partner for that track. The Quantum Expo focuses on quantum computing, semiconductors, advanced biotech, and space applications, with a stated goal of connecting European science labs to commercial deployment.

AWS is confirmed as the platinum sponsor. Other names on the sponsor list include Salesforce, Red Hat, DeepL, and ManageEngine. Country pavilions from Bosnia, Slovenia, Serbia, and the Czech Republic are also confirmed.

Tickets are available at gitexeurope.com. Standard visitor passes cover both days. Multi-track passes include workshop and training access.
